Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
Any additional services requested beyond the original agreement will be charged separately.
Client Cancellation: If you cancel a confirmed booking, the advance amount may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date and the preparations already made.
Rescheduling: In case of rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
Studio Cancellation: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver due to unavoidable circumstances, we will either arrange an alternate team or refund the advance paid.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after mutual agreement.
Delivery timelines for photos, films, and albums will be communicated at the time of booking.
Standard delivery takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the package and season.
Any delays caused by incomplete information, client-side delays, or external factors are not the responsibility of Studio Kailash Wedding.
We reserve the right to feature selected photographs, films, and behind-the-scenes content in our portfolio, website, and social media — unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
All content on this website — including photographs, videos, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Studio Kailash Wedding and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
Client photos and videos are provided for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted without a separate agreement.
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate event details, timings, and locations in advance.
Ensure that necessary permissions are obtained at venues for photography and videography.
Cooperate with our team during the event for smooth coverage.
Respect the professional boundaries of our photographers and videographers.
Not reproduce, edit, or alter the final delivered content and present it as original work.
While we take the utmost care in capturing your special moments, Studio Kailash Wedding is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, accidents, illness, or government restrictions.
In the unlikely event of a data loss, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
We strongly recommend clients keep personal backups of all delivered files.
